Cultivate Serenity

You can not eliminate overnight all the causes of stress. however, each day can be put on the other side of the balance lulls that feed the inner strength.

But how do you accomplish this? How can we not be affected about what happens around us?
First, we must be conscious that serenity is an inner state. Therefore, anything outside of us should be ineligible to manifest serenity.

When we acquire neutrality to events and on our way without scattering or cluttering, we do not alter because of the circumstances.

Several factors can contribute to make them calm, and one of them is the overcoming of fear. If we understand that the "death" is only deprived of material bodies used in our passage through the physical world, fear disappears and serenity can be installed.

Another factor that helps us develop the serenity to establish an orderly and harmonious rhythm in our day to day. This will decrease our anxiety that things are beginning or ending to our expectations, often without any real foundation. Thus, we can channel the attention, thought and feeling in the now and not in the future we imagine. It is from there that we do not bother about routine and finally we can see that life never ends.

The surest way to achieve serenity is through the alignment of our human consciousness outside our spiritual levels, with our soul. We must give the body enough rest, as the periods of prolonged effort to prevent the brain has the necessary speed to record what the soul has to say. If you reserve a time during the day to be still and quieting practice without waiting for the results, one day we will realize that our mind is more calm, more focused, and we finally find peace.

We know that understanding the sense of immortality, life rhythm, the alignment with the soul, everything that happens as the service we provide in this world. Staying aware that our most intimate and profound vocation is to serve selflessly predisposes us to serenity. We recognize that we are not in the world just to make things selfishly, as almost everybody does, nor make them better than our peers.

This service is a portal for serenity. When we have a spiritual goal and evolutionary altruistic goal and when we have with our whole being to fulfill it, daily life becomes an extension of inner calm.
