The body speaks

The body speaks to us continuously emitting signals of comfort or discomfort. Every time you pick a certain behavior, we would have to ask how we feel, is important to note the thoughts and emotions that arise from making a decision, we feel that they let us help you make the right decision. If we feel joy and comfort assured that we have succeeded. Our body talks and we must learn to watch and listen.
Live in the present moment is all you need. Have a complete and total psychological acceptance that this moment is as it should. This moment is as it is, because the universe is as it is. Do not fight.
Take some time to be quiet and silence the internal dialogue. Be guided by your intuition.
Give up your need for approval. This decision gives great freedom.
When reacting with anger or violence against a person, situation or circumstance, it recognizes that fighting against yourself. Do not be so hard on you.
When reactions too hard for someone, either love or hate, it recognizes that that person is a reflection of your being. Use the relationship as a mirror to guide your spiritual evolution.
Release the burden of trial and feel much lighter.
Do not pollute your body with toxins, either through food, drink, or toxic emotions.
Replace your behavior motivated by fear, by conduct motivated by love.
Understand that the physical world reflects the process of our own consciousness.
It is important to clean the environment from all that pollutes our land, rivers and oceans but it is much more important to clean the toxic ideas that contaminate the human mind.
