
600g cooked white beans
200g unsalted cod and crumbled.
100 g pitted black and white olives
2 red tomatoes, which are not very mature
1 onion.
1 green pepper
Vinaigrette
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
salt
1. Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing the vinegar, salt and oil.
2. Cut the tomatoes, onion and green pepper into small cubes.
3. Mix beans, cod, onion, pepper, tomatoes and olives and dress with the vinaigrette.
4. Leave for one hour in the refrigerator before serving.
