Greek Salad


 
 

Ingredients for :

4 tomatoes red and strong

1 red onion

1 green pepper, 100 gr.

Greek Feta cheese (can be replaced by a fresh cheese type Burgos)

a handful of black olives

oregano leaves

salt and pepper

olive oil.

Preparation

Cut the tomatoes into quarters, the pepper into strips, diced cheese and onion into thin slices.

Put everything in a bowl, sprinkle with oregano and season with salt, pepper, olive oil and a splash of wine vinegar
white.

Garnish the salad with olives and serve.
