Preparation

Pa amb tomàquet (bread with tomato) is a typical preparation of Catalan cuisine that consists of bread with tomato rubbed over and seasoned with olive oil and salt. It is served accompanied with any sorts of sausages, ham, cheeses, anchovies or other marinated fish, or grilled vegetables. It's perfect with tortilla de patatas ( see recipe ).
