Ingredients for :

2 large oranges, pared and thinly sliced
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 large red onion, thinly sliced
black olives
2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
Dash of salt
Dash of ground red pepper

Preparation

1.- Arrange orange slices on lettuce.

2.- Top with red onion and olives.

3.- Shake remaining ingredients in tightly covered container.

4.- Drizzle over salad.
