
75 gr. of biscuits
30 gr. of butter.
350 gr. of liquid cream
350 gr. of cream cheese
40 gr. of sugar.
100 ml of water
5 gr. of lemon gelatin powder.
1 jar of strawberry jam or berries.
1 heart-shaped mold
1. - Crush cookies. Add the melted butter and work the mixture. Put in pan and let cool 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
2. - Boil water, remove and mix the gelatin powder.
3. - In a bowl, mix well the liquid cream, cream cheese, sugar and dissolved gelatin.
4. - Enter the mix into the pan and keep it six hours in the refrigerator before serving.
5. - Afterwards, cover the cake with jam and decorate as you like.
