Was it a dream has come true
It was an accidental time we spent apart.
Wish now we were so close, to always
feel your beats right in my heart.
As before, were our wishes able to come
true, within a blink of your smiling eyes;
your lashes could always know,
how much our love was perfectly true.
The moment I thought nothing could break it,
the precious time we spent together, and
the crying nights we spent apart;
that perfect moment I felt you were mine,
you said I was yours, and in a jiffy…
I awoke one day to find my dream has gone,
you went out of sight with the morning sun.
Now I wish not to awake again,
for within every ‘dream’, I will
seek your love as the most beautiful ‘true’.
