Between autumn and winter...

The autumn wind took us by surprise,
those green leaves
loaded with fleshy fruits
full of nectar,
were falling ... falling ... falling ...
and either both of them
collected to prepare the syrup.

Suddenly! our branches entwined
for its leaves, flowers, fruit
left homeless,
everything wonderful that united them
to lack of sunlight and water were withering,
dried leaves .... were trampled,
swept away, without compassion.

Gardeners unscrupulous;
carried them away,
throwing into the dustbin without compassion
without attempting to return them to their home
for the few nutrients that still retained
they return to be a living from home.

Thus, inert, bewildered and helpless
whipping our trunk
no resistance
the harsh winter began;
eroding the ice of indifference
without mercy all our branches.

Deluded, Confident, Arrogant,
we think the spring with all its magic
regreen our tree again ...
Not to do so!!

We forget to fertilize,
take care for, cuddle, love
instead what we did, was to leave,
sadness came over him
is now sick and languishing

How ironic! It was not enough
happiness and life
that spring brings
our branches and dried!
