The dance


 
 

People of all ages play this activity as a therapy but above all, to have fun.

When dancing, we relax and our body attitude improves. We know new forms of movement. The movements of the hips and pelvis increase sensuality, flexibility and body sensations. We relate to other people in a festive atmosphere, fun and joy.

We can dance with any music that we like, it is not necessary to know any technique. We can dance alone or with people, at home, in the countryside or in a ballroom. We can even follow the rhythm of music or sitting in a car, it is not necessary to move the whole body to feel the effect of dance.

No matter where or how or when, the fact that music enters each of our cells, that makes all our fibers vibrate,that leads us to move effortlessly within the capabilities of each, is enough to experience a instantanious welfare in our all being

When we dance, the mind rests, there is no room for thought when we are immersed in the sensual pleasure of movement. The heart forgets his sorrows, sorrows dissolve as if by magic. In the dance the Body is present with the Soul and both move together in perfect communion.

The face of a complete surrender to the rhythm of music speaks of a deep joy, of an absolutely vital experience.
